Domain Sells for $9.5 Million in CASH

I just read that the domain name porn.com has just sold for a record breaking cash price of $9.5 million, the highest recorded cash deal for a domain. This selling price is second only to sex.com which sold for whopping $12 million but included other assets. The sale of sex.com wasn't a clean transaction. Wouldn't it be ironic if the new owners of these domains would use them as a platform for the promotion of a safe and porn free internet? Your thoughts?
